Returns

OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item ONLY if an item is defective or broken. In this case, you may contact us at  spiritualobsessions@gmail.com and notify us of the defective item(s). Pictures and/or proof of damage must be attached to the e-mail. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation OR a replacement item of the SAME kind will be sent out to you upon request. When purchasing a kit, if one item is damaged and a return is requested for the FULL fee, you will be asked to return the rest of the items to the business address on the label attached to your package.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Spiritual Obsessions items sent back to us will be discarded upon receipt.
